So I went on a bit of a pen fender-bender this past weekend, as you can see from my new acquisitions above. Target had quite a selection. As much as I love the idea of a bouquet of sharpened pencils (thank you, Nina, for reminding me of this wonderful You’ve Got Mail phrase in your guest post over at Carolyn’s last week) I am really all about a gigantic bouquet of pens. Multicolored sharpies, a huge assortment of gel pens, and a lovely trio of Uniball Fusion pens, which are sort of a cross between gel and a more basic pen. The ink is clear until it hits paper.
The fusion pen trio is for my purse – I always carry a small set of colored gel pens along with several black pens and my colored set had started to run dry. I am loving the fusion pens. Such pretty colors. The sharpies are for crafty projects and the huge box of gel pens (that includes metallic and glitter options, oh my) are for at-home journaling and craftiness. I am basking in the contentment of my pen bouquet. Happy Fall!

"Bouquet" is absolutely the perfect word to describe this lovely bunch of pens. I love that giant box of gel pens! Covet! Covet!
Very nice! I do believe writing is more enjoyable when you have the right pen (whatever is right for you). I'm really enjoying the blue-black (a dark blue) roller ball pens from Uniball.

For me, the scent of pumpkin pie and apple crisp wafting through the kitchen are fall favorites.
I also love the sound of crisp leaves crunching beneath my feet on an afternoon walk.

i picked up a 10 pack of colored pens from staedtler triplus fineliner and i love them.
school supplies are definitely one of my favorite things about fall, as well as pumpkin spice flavored things, baked goodies, more soups, and snuggling up in warm blankets with pets and/or ryan ;).
I love pens, but am settling for pretty plain ones right now.
What are fusion pens? They sound intriguing.

My favorite thing about fall is probably the weather (Yesterday finally felt like fall.The morning was deliciously cool). I miss the 'east coast fall'- leaves changing color and falling, the walking on dried leaves (though I did find a dried leaf or two, to (discreetly) step on today..:))
God i loooooooooooooove pens! Of all shapes/sizes/variety! Just this past weekend in Canada, my mom saw my extensive marker collection and asked if i "really needed allll those colors?" Um duh!!
