Happy Valentine’s Day! Be sure to check out my latest chocolate creation.
Today’s lunchbox and two snacks start with:
- Kale salad with shredded carrots and tahini dressing
- Leftover stir-fry made by my husband, who pretty much is the designated stir-fry maker in our couple, as he actually has the patience to cut the components evenly.
- Veggie-full Breakfast Hash, which pretty much rocks my socks off
- A generous slice of Ricki’s Giant, Baked, Upside-down Apple Pancake (similar recipe to this)
I cannot wait for Ricki’s breakfast cookbook to come out. I always love her recipes but this latest round is especially perfect as it has a focus on savory and slightly sweet recipes, which are fast, since they are designed to be breakfast recipes. Every single one of the recipes I have made have worked for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner or snacks, which makes them especially versatile to me.
