Today’s lunchbox includes:
- Samosas with Mango Sauce, slightly adapted from Raw on $10 a Day
- Cucumber and Red Pepper Hummus
- Red and White Cabbage Cultured Veggies
- 1 very large green smoothie: mango, zucchini and sunflower sprouts
- Valerie’s Lemon Carob Bites
Since I have fresh produce from my garden and I’m sprouting regularly now, my smoothies have been increasing in size. I can get enough of them.
I also find that I’m eating less. Maybe it’s the heat or perhaps it’s because the smoothies are so filling. I’m not sure. I definitely didn’t eat all of this food.
