Husband and I have family visiting this weekend, so yesterday we headed to the National Zoo. The weather was perfect. I always love to visit the red pandas and the giant pandas. For a post-zoo lunch, we went to Lebanese Taverna, which is a long-time favorite. Below are some pictures we took while at the zoo. I did not take pictures at Lebanese Taverna because the light was not good and by then we were all starving. But I promise to go back soon and take pictures then.

This was the boys' favorite stop while in DC last month. Their favorite was actually the tiny Naked Molerat. Ben even has a stuffed pink one from the gift shop 🙂

I love going to zoos and taking pictures of animals. Where is that Lebanese food 🙂
There is beer at the LA Zoo, which is one of the best things about it (except for the price – it's about $12/person and small tots are free).
