The stress of the last week at work, combined with the changing weather, did a number on my skin. So this weekend I did a mask of 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 tablespoon sugar. I left it on about 5 minutes, then exfoliated as I was rinsing off. Sure enough my skin was back to glowing, and the slight breakouts cleared up within a couple of hours.
