A Pearl of Wisdom {by Kirsten}

I love the concept of Kirstens Karma Project blog. Here is the pearl she shared:

Dear 24 year old Kirsten,

Your life is going to turn out great. Seriously. Do what you love. Worry less. Volunteer more. Cook more often. Laugh. Everything eventually falls into the right place – even when you think that it won’t. Keep writing. Write even when it’s hard and uncomfortable. Never give up on yourself.

xoxo, 26 year old Kirsten

My 22 year old self left me this pearl in a letter I just opened this week (mailed it to myself 7 years ago from Vatican City):

“Think of the happiness faith has brought you and know life will continue to test you. Welcome these tests as opportunities to reveal the strength of your spirit and to learn a deeper compassion.”

I love sharing pearls. So glad to have been introduced to you via Twitter (thank you @kaileenelise).

Love,

All very true, and she should keep doing those things for years to come!

All of those points are so important. It is a good reminder for me at any-time in life.
