TranquiliT All-in-1 Update

You may remember that a couple of months ago I bought the TranquiliT All-in-1.  It was kind of a leap-of-faith purchase for me.  I tend to like my unstructured clothes to be comfy yoga pants or leggings and wrap toes.  When it comes to dresses, I am all about structure. But, after having lost some weight, I decided to try something new before summer was over.

And guess what, it was totally worth it! The more I have worn it, the more comfortable I feel. I will say that the two things that I find mandatory to feel comfortable in it are belting it with the excess length of the tie and wearing a good strapless bra underneath.  I could go on and on about the importance of bra fittings in general, but Kiki of Yogademia wrote a great post on it already.

My two favorite ways to wear this piece are as a halter dress (like the model is on the left) or as a strapless tube top.  I also like the one shoulder look.  When I am feeling a bit insecure about wearing it {which still happens but less than before I purchase it} I like to pair the All-in-1 with the TranquiliT palazzo pants.  And as we move into fall, I have been wearing the All-in-1 mainly as a halter dress with a denim jacket and the TranquiliT leggy (which is currently on sale).

Disclosure: while I purchase all my TranquiliT items and have done so and blogged about the line for a long time, as of July 2009, I am both a member of the TranquiliT Tribe and an Affiliate.

What a beautiful dress, so feminine and sexy. Sometimes we forget we are women and myself I always wear trousers.
