As you know, I wrapped up my detox diet series this past weekend. The interest these posts and some other posts generated (in the form of comments, emails and DMs on twitter) showed me that a lot of you are very interested in the topics of balance and wellness. I am too! Especially since I had a pretty healthy diet pre-detox-diet, and it has been a really eye-opening experience for me that certain foods, no matter how healthy, do not work for me.
So, in light of all of this and the new season, I am kicking off a series on balance and wellness on Thursdays for the fall. And I am SO excited that the first post on this topic will be a guest post by the incomparable Melita of Gussying up the Tuttle on Thursday of next week.
