Tonight I was out to dinner at Cafe Green so I thought I would tell you about the dinner I made Sunday night: Vegan Yum Yum‘s Super Quick Tomato Basil Pasta – I found the recipe in the book, but then realized it is also available online. This is the type of recipe where the flavor of the tomatoes really shines though – and I loved how creamy the sauce was. The only change I would make is to add a smidge of white miso for a bit more depth of flavor. If you like mild creamy tomato sauces, this is absolutely the sauce for you to try:
