Today’s lunch is another one of experiments, like yesterday’s – here are lunch and two snacks:
- Another pumpkin pie smoothie, with Vanilla Almondilla protein powder this time
- Kale chips – the goal was curried and sweet and a bit tangy, but these are mainly lemony
- Most a of a brown rice tortilla stuffed with tomato paste, roasted chilies and a Sunburger. To make the tortilla soft and pliable I run it under water so it is a bit damp (but not soaked through or breaking) and then toast it in a dry frying pan on high heat on both sides. Be careful to just toast until it is warmed through and still pliable, as opposed to crispy.
- Cinnamony vegan overnight oats without banana – these definitely need something else as they were a bit bland, but I am not sure what yet.
