This was quite a week – returning from travel, then an earthquake, then the hurricane. Work kept me busy, but on my own time, I also did the following:

1 Yin yoga class preceded by a quick catch up with a friend

1 Restorative yoga class to round things out

Restorative time while the rain drummed outside, including a fun smoothie

Thoughts on resuming routines after travel

Shared a favorite snack

Rediscovered a favorite book from last year
