Yesterday was super warm, so a perfect day to try a Cucumber Watermelon Cooler recipe Husband bookmarked on the internet a few days ago. Isn’t it wonderfully pink? I absolutely loved the combination of watermelon, black pepper and cucumber. And the recipe is so very easy, you could even add it to your Mother’s Day celebration today – it requires just three ingredients. Happy Mother’s Day!
Cucumber Watermelon Cooler

2 cups Watermelon pieces
1 cup Cucumber peeled & dice
Pinch of Black Pepper
Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Strain the mixture thru a strainer. Add some ice cubes to a serving glass and pour the juice.
We made these twice yesterday, and the second time we were lazy and did not strain or serve over ice cubes, and it was just as delicious – though a slightly less elegant presentation.
