{What Does Balance and Wellness Mean to You?} Self-Care

So tonight, as I am writing this blog post, I have a sniffly cold.  One of the things I am working on is to learn to up the self-careearlier in the “I am getting sick cycle” and this is what tonight isabout.

So here are the things I am planning to do:

*Hit Whole Foods for some echinacea/zinc/elderberry combination
*Make a kale raspberry smoothie (mainly because I have no interest in cooking, and because I should finish up this bunch of kale)
*Have some quiet time with the Joy Diet, in anticipation of my post tomorrow, and magazines
*Watch a bit of Grey’s Anatomy (but take advantage of the magic of DVR and watch the end tomorrow)
*Go to bed early

Hope you nipped the cold in the bud! I finally made a kale smoothie this week – you're right, can't taste the kale. Will definitely be doing more.

i indulged in some major self-care over the weekend. lots and LOTS of sleep. hope ur feeling better :)
